Optimec Chiltern

The Optimec Chiltern is a scaled down version of the JCF instrument with a smaller measurement wet cell and lower image magnification.

Designed as an entry level instrument, with simple optics and without temperature control capability, it provides BCOR and diameter measurements of soft contact lenses, as well as centre thickness check capability.

A user-friendly lens locating platform within the wet cell makes positioning of the contact lens for BCOR measure fast and simple.

A tilted diameter measurement graticule, with integrated lens support “V”, quickly settles the contact lens in position for rapid measurement and inspection.
